Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure smooth delivery of your order. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to our customer service team.
How will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive your tracking via your email address provided at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only ship within Australia.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
If you have selected to pick up your Melbourne hamper order from our Heathmont location, you will be notified via email as soon as your order is ready for collection. All relevant information, including our opening hours and address, will be provided in this email.
What is your Refund and Exchange Policy?
Due to the nature of our items being personalised and made to order, once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges. For more, please see our T’s and C’s
What are your opening times?
Our opening hours at our Heathmont store are Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 2:30pm. If you require assistance outside of these hours, appointments can be arranged. To schedule an appointment, email us at [email protected]. However, you can shop online with us 24/7.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes. Our quick turnaround times and personalised items make it challenging to modify orders once they are in progress. Feel free to reach out to our team before placing your order if you have any specific requests.
I never received a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?

What happens if a perishable product is out of stock?
To ensure timely delivery of your order, if a perishable product is unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value. This helps prevent any delays in getting your order to you.
